The institute follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and is dedicated to protecting the dignity, safety and well-being of every student.

Ragging Is a Serious Punishable Offence

Any act of ragging, bullying, harassment, intimidation, discrimination or misconduct within or outside the campus premises shall invite strict disciplinary action as per Anti-Ragging Regulations and applicable laws.

Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside and outside campus.
Students must maintain professional behaviour and mutual respect.
Any incident of ragging should be reported immediately.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to support anti-ragging initiatives.
Anti-ragging rules apply to all students, staff and campus activities.

What Constitutes Ragging?

Ragging includes any act that causes physical, emotional, psychological or social harm to another student and creates an environment of fear, humiliation or discomfort.

Verbal abuse, insulting language or offensive remarks.
Physical intimidation, harassment or forced activities.
Bullying through social media or digital platforms.
Forcing students to perform unwanted or humiliating acts.
Any behaviour that creates fear, discomfort or mental stress.

Reporting & Student Support

Students experiencing or witnessing any incident of ragging are encouraged to report it immediately. The institute ensures confidentiality, fairness and prompt action through its Anti-Ragging Committee and grievance redressal mechanism.
